This is Santa (complete with traditional green beret), driving his sleigh with one reindeer and an elf hanging on for dear life. We're not sure the significance of the castle with bars on the windows. Oh yeah--the whole thing is animated with the reindeer rocking back and forth and the elf bouncing up and down.
